Possui um comprimento de 1510mm, uma profundidade de 800mm e uma altura de 860mm. Degelo semi-automático com intervalo de tempo e exibição digital constante. Com rodízios traváveis. Compatível com tabuleiros de pastelaria (600 x 400mm), capacidade máxima de 7 tabuleiros por porta. O sistema de refrigeração mantém de forma confiável uma temperatura fria e constante em condições de temperatura ambiente de até 43 °C. Com uma faixa de temperatura de 2 °C a 8 °C.
