Plancha Grand Modèle Profi Line - Plaque Lisse - 518 x 328 mm

Idéale pour les professionnels de la restauration, cette Plancha Grand Modèle de la gamme Profi Line dispose d'une plaque lisse. Adaptée à un usage en continu, elle est dotée d'une zone de chauffe de 518 x 328 mm sur laquelle vous pouvez cuire aisément vos viandes, poissons et mêmes légumes.

Entièrement conçue en acier inoxydable, elle comprend une plaque en chromé dur 9 mm pour un entretien facile et rapide. De dimensions L 550 x P 420 x H 240 mm, cet appareil est équipé d'un tiroir collecteur de graisse et de bords anti-éclaboussure pour une hygiène optimale. 

Par ailleurs, cette plancha est dotée d'un interrupteur avec voyant lumineux ainsi que d'une protection contre la surchauffe. Sa température est réglable en continu jusqu'à 300 °C. Pour une stabilité et une sécurité optimale, elle est munie de pieds antidérapants.
