Percolateur à Café Regina Plus 90 - 15 L

Idéal pour les professionnels de la restauration, ce Percolateur à Café Regina Plus 90 dispose d'une capacité de 15 L. Réalisé en acier inoxydable et en plastique, il est à la fois solide et durable. De plus, son filtre et son système de chauffe sont, eux aussi, fabriqués en acier inoxydable. Efficace, il permet de réaliser jusqu'à 15 L de café en 60 minutes seulement. La quantité minimale de percolation, quant à elle, est de 4,5 L soit 30 tasses. 

De plus, cet appareil est doté d'un signal de détartrage et d'un indicateur du niveau de remplissage pour une utilisation optimale. Il comprend également des témoins lumineux de contrôle pour le détartrage, le maintien au chaud et les fonctions marche/arrêt. Doté d'un interrupteur marche/arrêt, il est simple d'utilisation et intuitif. Ce modèle à filtre rond possède deux systèmes de chauffage séparés pour la fonction de préparation et de maintien au chaud.

Entretenir son percolateur :

Pour pouvoir utiliser votre percolateur à café professionnel pendant très longtemps il suffit de suivre quelques règles très simples :

  • Ne le laissez pas chauffer à sec afin d’éviter d’endommager la résistance.

  • Cet appareil dispose d'un système de protection anti-chauffe : si celui-ci s'active il suffit d'enclencher le bouton RESET situé sous l'appareil pour permettre le redémarrage du percolateur.

  • Nettoyer votre percolateur après chaque utilisation pour enlever tout résidu de café séché.

  • Utiliser très régulièrement un détartrant adapté afin de prévenir tout dépôt de calcaire.
