Idéal pour les cuisines professionnelles, ce Grill De Contact Unique Lisse en acier inoxydable possède des plaques de cuisson en fonte très résistantes. Pour assurer un contrôle précis de la température, la plancha est dotée d'un bac de récupération intégré qui recueille la graisse et les autres restes d'aliments. Il est simple à utiliser, à nettoyer et à entretenir. La surface de cuisson mesure 375 x 276 mm. La grille mesure 480mm de long, 435mm de profondeur et 215mm de haut.
