Friteuse Imbiss II

Cette friteuse professionnelle à double cuve d’une contenance de 8 litres est de la marque Allemande Bartscher.

Idéale pour les restaurants, snack, brasseries ou tout autre établissement nécessitant une friteuse pro robuste ayant une forte capacité de cuisson.


Grâce à sa conception tout Inox, elle se nettoie en un rien de temps et permet une hygiène toujours parfaite. 


Coté température, vous pourrez la contrôler précisément et pour chaque cuve, sans risque grâce au thermostat de sécurité pour une protection anti-surchauffe. Son robinet de vidange est un véritable atout pour vider et filtrer l’huile de friture vous garantissant ainsi des économies en argent et en temps.


Avec ses deux cuves séparées vous pourrez frire des produits différents à des températures différentes, nécessite deux prises de courant. 

La friteuse électrique dispose d'une zone froide, ce qui permet de conserver une huile de meilleure qualité plus longtemps car les aliments tombant au fond de la cuve ne brûlent pas et donc n'abîment pas votre huile.
