Ideal for catering professionals, this Refrigerated Pizza and Salad Preparation Counter is designed for daily commercial use in demanding professional environments. With a sturdy commercial construction and heavy-duty compressors, choose the G series refrigeration if you need a durable unit that will be frequently opened. The Polar G series excels in ambient temperatures up to 32°C. The refrigerated top section can accommodate 8 GN 1/4 trays of 15 cm depth (sold separately) to hold your pizza toppings, salads, or sandwiches. This high-capacity preparation counter is designed for daily professional use and is easy to clean thanks to its robust stainless steel construction and removable door seals.

GN trays are available separately so you can choose the configuration that best suits your needs. A typical configuration would be 8 stainless steel GN 1/4 trays. The counter is designed to hold the trays in place without the need for additional spacers. Spacers can still be used to fill in spaces if not all trays are used.
