Pizza Oven - 1 Chamber - 400 V
Ideal for catering professionals, this 1-Chamber Pizza Oven with cooking stone offers a temperature range of up to 300°C. The cooking compartment dimensions are L 680 x W 420 x H 160 mm and the entry height is approximately 140 mm.
It has a separate heating element adjustable from the top and bottom with a power of 2400 watts. An external steam box with a power of 1500 watts. It comes with 15 pre-installed programs and 84 programmable programs adjustable manually. With 6 cooking phases and a programmed duration of 1 to 99 minutes. Touch control and LED lighting. It is equipped with automatic ignition by timer, automatic preheating, and a USB port. This flat oven measures L 980 x W 900 x H 400 mm and is made of stainless steel.
Note: From a water pressure of 3.5 bar, a pressure reducer is necessary. The installation of a water softener upstream is always necessary. The LBO100 installation kit is required to use the device alone.
