This Electric Fryer SNACK XL Plus with Drain Valve is ideal for catering professionals. Made of stainless steel, it ensures robustness and durability. Its 8 L capacity tank allows you to cook large quantities of fried food. Moreover, thanks to its extra-long tank, you can easily fry long food items. This appliance is therefore ideal for frying fish or meatballs.

Additionally, it is equipped with a drain valve and a removable drainage tap for easy and quick maintenance. Powerful, this fryer has a temperature range from 50°C to 190°C. To prevent overheating, it includes a safety thermostat. Furthermore, it has a cold zone to keep the oil in better quality for a longer period. It also features a control light indicator for heating and to signal when the oil reaches the desired temperature.
