Made of 18/0 stainless steel, it ensures robustness and durability. Additionally, it features a removable heating element that automatically stops when removed from the appliance.

Moreover, the control button and temperature indicators are located on the top of the fryer for easy operation. This professional fryer can reach temperatures of up to 190°C. Particularly powerful, it significantly reduces the temperature recovery time after adding frozen foods. This way, you will achieve a crispier result.

Furthermore, this heavy-duty deep fryer with drain tap is equipped with overheating protection using a thermal fuse with a reset function.
