Friteuse Imbiss II

This professional fryer with a double tank of 8 liters is from the German brand Bartscher.

Ideal for restaurants, snack bars, breweries or any other establishment requiring a robust professional fryer with a high cooking capacity.


Thanks to its all stainless steel design, it cleans in no time and ensures perfect hygiene at all times. 


In terms of temperature, you can control it precisely and for each tank, without risk thanks to the safety thermostat for anti-overheating protection. Its drain tap is a real asset for draining and filtering the frying oil, guaranteeing you savings in money and time.


With its two separate tanks, you can fry different products at different temperatures, requires two power outlets. 

The electric fryer has a cold zone, which allows you to keep the oil of better quality for longer as the food falling to the bottom of the tank does not burn and therefore does not damage your oil.
