Description

Oven Decarbonizing Spray - 1 L

This 1 L Oven Decarbonizing Spray is ideal for professionals in the catering industry. It dissolves cooked and carbonized fats, thanks in particular to its ultra-degreasing formula of plant and mineral origin based on sodium hydroxide. Composed of 99.7% natural ingredients, it eliminates cooked fats and carbonized deposits on grills, ovens, rotisseries, fryers, sauté pans, cooking plates, barbecues, hoods, and pianos.

Effective, it leaves no white residue or odor. Furthermore, it is colorant-free, allergen-free, EDTA-free, preservative-free, and endocrine disruptor-free. Not tested on animals, this decarbonizing spray is suitable for food contact. Finally, its gel formula adheres perfectly to horizontal and vertical surfaces. Its spray nozzle allows for easy targeting of the surface to be treated.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE - Ovens: Ready to use, apply pure. Using a brush or an applicator gun, brush/spray the surface to be decarbonized. Spray on warm oven (40°C). Increase the temperature up to 60° (do not exceed 60°). Let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes (depending on the level of dirt). Let the oven cool down. Use if necessary a brush, pad, or abrasive sponge to remove stubborn deposits. Rinse with warm water.
