Description

Four Low Temperature

This low-temperature oven, also called a drying oven, will allow you to slowly cook your meats, for example. The oven has 3 GN 1/1 drawers or 600 x 400 mm up to 65 mm deep with a variable temperature from 30 to 110°C.


This professional stainless steel low-temperature oven has 2 modes: a COOK mode for cooking up to 110°C and a HOLD mode for keeping warm.


The oven comes with a core temperature probe for perfect cooking. The door has a magnetic closure and is reversible. Additionally, the oven has transport handles on each side.


The cooking chamber has rounded corners and the support rails are removable for easy cleaning.
