Description

Low Temperature Oven

This Low Temperature Oven is designed for low-temperature cooking where the process can be set and controlled very precisely. With a cooking probe, adjustable separately. Recessed handles on the sides. Easy-to-clean door seal. The oven chamber is heated from all 4 sides, providing even heat distribution throughout.

Thanks to additional insulation, energy consumption is reduced. Oven chamber designed in one piece without seams and with rounded corners for easy cleaning. Temperature adjustable to the degree - oven chamber from 0°C to 120°C, core temperature and keep warm from 0°C to 100°C. Its dimensions are 495 x 690 x (h) 415 mm.

Door hinges on the left or right, standard delivery with hinges on the right, but very easy to change. Digital setting and reading of time, programmed temperature, and actual temperature in the oven chamber or at the core of the dish. Stainless steel support to be used for GN 1/1 trays, grids, and plates as well as 600 x 400 pastry sheets, maximum 3 levels.
