Negative 2-door lockable Polar G series cabinet with a capacity of 770 liters, accepting up to 20 GN 2/1 trays with a depth of 100mm. Stainless steel construction on wheels for easy cleaning and maneuverability. Fully automatic control with constant digital display, doors with automatic closure (from 90°) and 6 sturdy adjustable shelves that can be quickly replaced by GN containers if necessary. Fan-assisted cooling allows for quick temperature recovery and therefore reliable and safe daily storage - an excellent choice for a professional kitchen. NB: It is essential to allow a space of 50 cm between the appliance and the ceiling. Requires 14 additional rail kits (S403) to accommodate 20 GN trays. Polar Series G refrigerated cabinets are designed for daily commercial use in demanding professional environments. With a strong commercial construction and robust compressors, choose Series G refrigeration if you need a durable appliance that will be frequently opened. The Polar Series G range excels in ambient temperatures up to 32°C. Is there storage space in the upper part of the negative cabinet? The Polar has an open upper part to maximize airflow and improve access to refrigeration components. Therefore, you cannot place objects on top of the unit. Are the two doors independently lockable? Yes, each door has its own lock. Is it a manual or automatic defrost? The G series has an automatic defrost cycle, helping to prevent excessive frost buildup. If necessary, you can start a manual defrost cycle from the digital control panel.
