Aluminum Cast Iron Crepe Pan - 32 cm Diameter

This Aluminum Cast Iron Crepe Pan features a stainless steel handle. Made of aluminum cast iron, it is suitable for all heat sources except induction and can be used in the oven (up to 250°C). Dimensions: 320 x (h) 20 mm.

Aluminum cast iron is an excellent heat conductor, allowing for quick use of the pan for cooking. In addition to its 18/10 stainless steel handle, which is guaranteed for low temperature, it is equipped with a Whitford® Xylan non-stick coating that is resistant to high temperatures (up to 250°C).

The adhesion of the non-stick coating has been improved by a titanium layer between the aluminum and the coating. This double layer process extends the life of the pan and enhances resistance to scratches. Very easy to clean after use.
