Freshness Film Cutter Dispenser with 440 mm CutterFilm

Cover your GN pans in one go with this large stretch film. Delivered in a practical cardboard dispenser with serrated film cutter, making it easy to cut the film to the desired length. This 44 cm wide roll is particularly suitable for covering plates and trays.

Five reasons to use Vogue stretch film:

1. Ideal for covering dishes in the microwave, Vogue freshness film (or food film) prevents splatters when cooking or reheating your dishes. For safe use, make sure the film does not touch the food before microwaving.

2. Perfect for presenting dishes while ensuring they remain attractive and preserved, freshness films allow customers to clearly visualize your products.

3. Freshness film can also be used to perfectly poach eggs. Simply mold a layer of food film into a cup shape and crack an egg into the cup. Seal the film by tying the top together. Place the pouch in a pot of boiling water and let it cook for 4-5 minutes over medium heat. Remove the film package from the pot and unwrap it.

4. Freshness film can also be used to roll out dough more easily. Simply place the dough between two sheets of food film and roll it out. The film prevents the dough from sticking to the rolling pin and surface, saving you time and energy.

5. When storing acidic foods such as tomatoes and berries, food film is far superior to aluminum foil. The acids in the food react with the aluminum in the foil, creating a repulsive blue residue. Plastic film does not have this issue and allows for longer food preservation by reducing exposure to air.
