Description

Chocolatière - 5 L

This 5 L capacity chocolate maker is ideal for hospitality professionals and cafes. The water bath reheating prevents the chocolate from burning. The pot bottom is made of stainless steel and the walls are made of polycarbonate.

It has a drainage tray with level indicator to prevent overflow. Protection against overheating. The chocolate is continuously mixed in an automated way, giving a consistent texture to your hot chocolates.

Equipped with an “anti-drip” tap, its temperature range varies from + 65 °C to + 85 °C. It can withstand an ambient temperature ranging from + 10 °C to + 32 °C. To facilitate cleaning, the device has a removable tank.
